Products

We sell medical equipment and clinical supplies. Catalog pages describe typical lines, not a guarantee that a specific SKU is in stock on a given day. We do not provide medical advice. Buyers are responsible for using products as labeled and as their license allows.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm the quote in writing. Prices are in US dollars. Card payments, when enabled, are charged by RAM Medical Equipment Inc (or its processor acting for the company). Until card checkout is live, payment follows the invoice.

Fulfillment

Default options are pickup in Doral, Florida, or US shipment when the quote includes freight. Risk of loss passes on pickup or on delivery to the carrier, as the quote states.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Florida and Colorado law, RAM Medical Equipment Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except that internal LLC affairs remain subject to Colorado law. Venue for sale disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a statute requires otherwise.
