Unopened goods

Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if you request an RMA first. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Freight is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item.

Opened, used, or sterile goods

Opened sterile supplies, used DME, and custom-cut items are not returnable except for a documented defect or a shipping error we caused.

Defects

Report damage or a wrong item within 5 days of receipt, with photos. We will replace, repair, or refund that line.

How to request

Call (305) 418-4199 or write to the Doral office with the invoice number and what is wrong. Card refunds, when checkout is live, go back to the original payment method.
